On the morning of January 31, 2026, Jinshazhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, in collaboration with the Guangdong Health Preservation Association, organized a multidisciplinary charity medical consultation team to carry out a community outreach clinic. The team consisted of leading physicians from multiple specialties, including orthopedics, gynecology, pediatrics and child healthcare, general surgery, dermatology, rehabilitation medicine, stomatology, cardiovascular medicine, ophthalmology, health examination services, neurology, and oncology. The event was held at the north gate of Zhonghai Jinsha Xinyuan Residential Community, where the participating physicians provided community residents with free medical consultations and health services.

During the charity clinic, experts patiently and carefully conducted consultations and physical examinations for residents, measured blood pressure and blood glucose, and thoroughly reviewed medical history and lifestyle habits. They addressed residents' questions one by one regarding common health issues such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and musculoskeletal disorders, providing scientifically grounded diagnostic advice and medication guidance. Taking into account dietary and daily routine patterns during the holiday period, medical staff also offered targeted health reminders.

In addition to routine clinical services, a health education area was set up on site. Medical staff distributed health education booklets and explained topics in clear, accessible language, including winter wellness, New Year health protection, rehabilitation care for elderly patients with severe conditions, and chronic disease management, guiding residents to adopt scientifically informed health concepts and cultivate good lifestyle habits. Experts from the Guangdong Health Preservation Association also shared traditional health preservation knowledge suited to the winter season, helping residents welcome the New Year in good health.

This charity clinic not only provided convenient medical services to community residents but also conveyed the hospital's concern for public health and its New Year greetings. Jinshazhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine remains committed to a "people-centered health" service philosophy and will continue to carry out public welfare medical activities, offering professional and compassionate healthcare to more members of the community.
