Professional Expertise

Graduated in July 1988 from Hengyang Medical College, Department of Medicine, with a bachelor’s degree. Received a PhD in Gynecologic Oncology from Shanghai Medical University in 1993. After graduation, worked at Guangzhou Cancer Hospital, serving successively as Attending Physician and Associate Chief Physician in the Gynecologic Oncology Department. From 2002 to 2006, conducted postdoctoral research at Emory University and Pennsylvania State University in the United States. Returned to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in 2006; promoted to Chief Physician in 2008 and appointed Director of the Gynecologic Oncology Department in 2009. Develops corresponding diagnosis and treatment plans for common gynecologic tumors, including cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, vulvar cancer, malignant trophoblastic tumors, and uterine fibroids, achieving satisfactory outcomes. Capable of performing complex and high-difficulty surgeries.
